To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. Online orders are accepted for delivery within India only.

These terms apply to retail orders placed through the website. Bulk, wholesale and private label orders arranged through a quotation are governed by the terms set out in that quotation, together with these terms where relevant.

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes, to learn about our products and to buy them. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

We describe our products, including their fragrance, contents, pack size and weight, as accurately as we can. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, please contact us.

Burning time, stick count and similar details are approximate and can vary from pack to pack.

Fragrance is personal, and the way a scent is perceived differs from person to person and with room size, ventilation and burning conditions. Small variations in colour, texture and scent can also occur between production batches. These normal variations are not defects.

Incense products are meant to be burned. Always use them on a suitable holder in a ventilated space, away from flammable materials, children and pets, and never leave burning incense unattended.

All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹).

We try to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may decline or cancel the order, and we will refund any amount you have paid for it in full. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.

Retail prices shown on the website include GST. The GST included in your order is shown at checkout and on your invoice.

If you provide a valid GSTIN at checkout, it is printed on your invoice.

All products are subject to availability. Stock shown on the website can change quickly, and we may limit the quantity of a product that can be bought in a single order.

If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and cancel the unavailable item or the order with a full refund of the amount paid for it, as described in our Cancellation Policy.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown. Please check your order, delivery address and contact details before you confirm, because we rely on them to deliver your order.

After you place an order, we email you an order confirmation with your order number. This email confirms that we have received your order. It does not yet mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when its status changes to “Confirmed”. For online payments this happens once your payment is verified, and for bank transfers once we receive the payment.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for the reasons described in our Cancellation Policy. If we do, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.

We currently accept the following payment methods, as shown at checkout:

• bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS);

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a third party payment gateway, under its own terms. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords. See our Privacy Policy for details.

By paying online, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. An order is marked as paid only after we verify the payment on our server. A message in your browser or app alone does not confirm payment.

If a payment fails, your order stays unpaid and you can try again from your order page. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 72 hours. If money is deducted but the payment does not complete, it is usually reversed automatically. Please contact us if it is not.

We deliver online orders within India through third party courier partners. Shipping charges, estimated timelines, tracking and delivery problems are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

You can cancel an order from your order page during the early stages of processing. Orders that have been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled. We do not charge cancellation fees. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.

Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time. Verified and approved claims receive a 100% refund of the applicable amount paid, to the original payment method. We do not accept voluntary returns for change of mind or fragrance preference.

The Rinkal Fragrance name and logo, and the text, photographs, graphics and design of this website, belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, publish or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product photographs are provided to help you choose. Colours can look different depending on your screen, and packaging designs may be updated from time to time. The product description and pack details describe what you will receive.

When you use this website, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information, including your delivery address and contact details;
• be available to receive your order, or arrange for someone to receive it;
• use and store our products safely and as intended;
• report any problem with a delivered order promptly and honestly.

You must not:

• use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including placing orders with payment methods you are not authorised to use;
• submit false claims or misleading information;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with the website's operation;
• use automated tools to copy content or place orders in bulk without our permission;
• upload files that contain malicious code or content you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend accounts, cancel orders or refuse service where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, and will refund any amount paid for cancelled orders.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules made under it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

If your complaint is not resolved, you can contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or approach the appropriate consumer commission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
